Leslie Bibb landed a career in modeling after winning a modeling search held by Elite Agency and The Oprah Winfrey Show in 1990, which gave her a chance to work with the New York modeling agency and travel to Japan that year. After graduating from high school in 1991, Bibb moved to New York to pursue a full-time modeling career. From then on, she appeared on the covers of FHM and Maxim, and modeled in Europe. In the early 1990s, Leslie Bibb also joined William Esper’s acting studio for more than two years.

In 1996, Leslie Bibb began appearing in TV shows like “Pacific Blue” and “Home Improvement.” The following year, she landed small roles in the movies “Private Parts” and “Touch Me,” while scoring gigs on TV with appearances on “Just Shoot Me!,” “Fired Up” and “The Big Easy.” From 1998 to 1999, Leslie appeared in the TV shows “Astoria,” “Something So Right,” “Early Edition” and “Sons of Thunder.” She also had a role in the 1999 romantic comedy film “This Space between Us.”

Leslie Bibb won her breakthrough role in 1999 by playing the lead character Brooke McQueen in the WB Network teen series “Popular,” which led to a Teen Choice Actress nomination in 2000 and a Young Hollywood Award for ‘Exciting New Face – Female’ in 2001. During this time, Bibb also appeared in the 2000 horror flick “The Skulls,” the drama “The Young Unknowns,” and the comedy “See Spot Run.”

When “Popular” ended, Leslie Bibb had appeared in 43 episodes. She then won the role of Erin Harkins on “ER” in 2002, followed by a 13-episode recurring role on “Line of Fire.” In 2004, Bibb also appeared in an episode of “Nip/Tuck” and had a role on the TV pilot “Capital City.” The following year, Leslie worked on another TV pilot entitled “Hitched” and landed on the hit show “Crossing Jordan,” where in she played Det. Tallulah 'Lu' Simmons from 2005 to 2007. In 2006, Bibb appeared in two films – one in the drama “Wristcutters: A Love Story” and in the Will Ferrell comedy “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby.”

In 2007, Leslie Bibb appeared in the short “My Wife is Retarded”. That same year, she guest-starred in “CSI: Miami,” “Entourage,” and the TV pilot “Atlanta.” In 2008, Leslie won the role of Christine Everhart in the box office flick “Iron Man,” followed by a role in the horror flicks “The Midnight Meat Train” and “Trick ‘r Treat.” The following year, Bibb had a recurring role as Katrina Ghent in the TV series “Kings” and landed the rival to Isla Fisher’s main character in the comedy “Confessions of a Shopaholic.” From 2009 to 2010, she appeared in the TV series “The League.”

Leslie Bibb won the Best Actress Award at the Boston Film Festival for her portrayal of Sarah Jane McKinney in the 2010 comedy flick “Miss Nobody.” She also appeared in the comedy film “A Good Old Fashioned Orgy.” In 2011, she landed the role of Amanda Vaughn on the TV series “Good Christian Belles” and the movies “Zookeeper,” “Meeting Evil” and “Movie 43.” That same year, she appeared in an episode of “Funny or Die Presents…”
